Returns:
All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Packages that exceed the number of days for return will be emailed back to sender.
All JDIAN garments are carefully constructed to give you the perfect fit. If for any reason, however, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange ,you have 8 days from the day of purchase to send it back to us.
For returns to be accepted, garments must:
– Have the swing tag still attached
– Be unworn
– Be unwashed
– Be unstained & clean (i.e free from odours and stains)
To process a return, kindly follow the guidelines below:
- Send an email to sales@jdianrtw.com to specify if you would like an exchange or
refund. (If you would like a refund, kindly include the account details you would like
to receive the refund in the email). - Send your parcel back to a delivery address that will be sent to you via email
- Exchanges are delivered within 5 working days of receiving initial garments.
